Lorison Terms of Use

Lorison Wellness is a trade name of Weight Crafters LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company (“Lorison,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use govern access to:

  • The Lorison website
  • The Lorison Experience (Sessions)
  • The Lorison.AI / Continuum digital platform
  • Related services

By accessing or using any Lorison service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Lorison reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline any application or participation request for any lawful reason.

Placement is intentional. Admission is not guaranteed.

 

2. Nature of Services

Lorison provides structured wellness experiences and behavioral continuity systems.

Lorison does not provide medical treatment, medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, or licensed healthcare services.

Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for:

  • Consulting with qualified healthcare providers prior to participation
  • Disclosing relevant health conditions
  • Determining your own fitness for participation

 

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in immersive Sessions and structured wellness programming involves inherent physical, environmental, and travel-related risks.

These risks may include, without limitation:

  • Physical injury
  • Illness
  • Exacerbation of pre-existing conditions
  • Accidents during travel or activity
  • In rare cases, serious injury or death

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks.

You agree that participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lorison, its owners, officers, contractors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Claims arising from participation

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lorison for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

5. Participant Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Follow program guidelines
  • Disclose accurate information
  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully
  • Refrain from unlawful, disruptive, or abusive behavior

Lorison reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if conduct compromises safety, integrity, or experience quality.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment arrangements are issued manually.

Lorison reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Decline payment methods
  • Update billing systems
  • Require deposits or staged payments

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at Lorison’s sole discretion.

Refund policies may be further outlined in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, system architecture, digital frameworks, and program materials are the exclusive property of Lorison.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

8. Digital Platform Use (Continuum)

Access to the Lorison Continuum is licensed, not sold.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer
  • Scrape
  • Republish
  • Share login credentials
  • Attempt to replicate system structure

Lorison reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.

Platform features may evolve or change without notice.

 

9. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to Lorison services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You agree:

  • To waive the right to trial by jury
  • To waive participation in any class action
  • That arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Modifications

Lorison reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

 

12. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

 

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lorison regarding use of services.
