Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lorison Wellness is a trade name of Weight Crafters LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company (“Lorison,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Lorison Experiences (Sessions), Lorison.AI / Continuum access, and related services.

 

1. Deposits

Participation in a Lorison retreat session requires a non-refundable deposit.

Deposit amounts may be structured as either a flat fee or a percentage of the total program cost, as specified at the time of invoicing.

Deposits secure placement and are applied toward the total program fee.

Unless otherwise determined at Lorison’s sole discretion, deposits are non-refundable.

 

2. Participant Cancellations

If a participant cancels prior to a scheduled Session:

  • Payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial refund at Lorison’s sole discretion.
  • Lorison is under no obligation to issue refunds.
  • Transfer of placement to a future Session is not guaranteed.

Failure to attend a scheduled Session constitutes cancellation.

No refunds are guaranteed for no-shows or early departures.

 

3. Lorison-Initiated Changes

Lorison reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule a Session
  • Modify dates or locations
  • Adjust programming structure
  • Cancel a Session

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Venue availability
  • Operational constraints

If Lorison cancels a Session prior to commencement, participants may receive a refund of payments made for that Session.

Lorison shall not be responsible for:

  • Travel expenses
  • Lodging booked independently
  • Lost wages
  • Incidental or consequential expenses

Participants are responsible for securing refundable travel arrangements.

 

4. Continuum Access

Fees associated with Lorison Continuum digital access are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at Lorison’s sole discretion.

Access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Use.

 

5. Discretion

All refund determinations are made at Lorison’s sole discretion.

Lorison reserves the right to evaluate circumstances individually and to make decisions in the interest of operational integrity and fairness.
